One Glimp

Mark the place, say when it was, and describe the person you saw — not yourself first. That is the whole thing.
While it is still fresh
A minute on the map is worth more than an evening spent wondering. The sooner it is up, the more likely they are still nearby to see it.
For as long as it might be found
Your Glimp is held over until someone answers it or you take it down. Nothing vanishes at three in the morning because a timer ran out.
